NOTE: as far as I know, both programs aren't currently able to change Firefox, folders and Modern app tiles, so I used placeholders for Firefox, Games and Calculator tiles in the preview.

Feel free to modify the icons and include them in your non-commercial releases, just make sure to mention me.
